To celebrate Young Carer Action Week, young carers are invited to a relaxing session split into two parts. We will be split into small groups to have a creative craft workshop with Luna Blue, offering a chance to unwind and express creativity. Then we will switch to a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session with Kalma Yoga, focused on relaxation, movement, and mindfulness. A supportive space to take time out, have fun, and recharge. Transport is not included for the event however if you are trouble to get to the venue, please let us know and we advise you the best way to get there. Please note parents/guardians will be required to drop off and collect children from the venue. Please ensure your child wears comfortable clothes they don’t mind getting messy and a pair of socks as well.
