Each month we will be meeting up with our Young Adult Carers in different locations around South Tyneside. This is where we will be grabbing a hot or cold drink of your choice and setting off for a walk while we have a good chat with each other and young carer staff. This is a safe space for everyone to help each other and give each other advice and guidance. We hope you can all make it! Parents/ guardians or young adult carers are responsible of making their own way to and from the venue.
