Description
Join us this Summer for one of our favourite family days where we’ll be heading over to the beautiful Beamish Museum where you and your family will be allocated a family ticket to gain access to the museum at your leisure and explore all it has to offer. Step into the past at Beamish, The Living Museum of the North. Beamish is a world-famous open-air museum which brings the history of North East England to life at its 1820s Pockerley, 1900s Town, 1900s Pit Village, 1940s Farm, 1950s Town and 1950s Spain’s Field Farm exhibit areas. Visitors to the museum meet costumed folk and discover fascinating stories of everyday life in the region through time. This is a ticketed event designed for you and your loved ones to enjoy together. This session offers a relaxed and private environment, allowing your family to make the most of the space at your own pace. Please note that staff will not be in attendance during your session. Prior to your visit, we will be in touch to arrange a day and time that best suits you and your family. We look forward to helping you plan a memorable day together!
