As a little welcome to South Tyneside Young Carers, we would love to invite your family to come down to the Dunes bowling alley for 90 minutes of fun and if you are competitive let's see if you can get a strike or two! This is a chance for the young carer to meet the whole team and to meet other young carers and families who are in a similar situation as yourself. There will be station for the young carer to have a chat with a member of the team and receive their Young Carer ID card as well. All we ask is for you to make your own way to and from the venue as transport is not provided. If you are struggling with transport, please let us know as we can advise about public transport, as we are a small team so we will try our best to accommodate. Young Carers staff will be there, however for the duration of the event parent/ guardians are responsible for their children. This event is for our new young carers and their families who have been registered with the service in the past 3 months.
